                        Migration to Terai

The process of migrating from one place to another with in the country or out of the country is called migration.

The reason of migrating to terai are;

1 Better facilities:

The Terai of Nepal contains 17 percentage of the total land of Nepal. All the areas of terai lies near city areas and all the places are well developed. The structure of land is also very plain in Terai region. So, to conduct the development works it will be very easy in Terai. The are the better infrastructure. It also contains fertile soil for agriculture and we know that 60 percentage of the people live in Terai.
